Dainti Hill is one of the more affordable restaurants in Pavilion. Ambiance is not bad too. Have you tried their "Gui Fei soup noodle"? For someone who usually do not like soup noodles, I make an exception for this one. :)
Hmm... haven't try that out. Must go try one day :)
